New Hire

Welcome to HealthFirst, and congratulations on your new position!

Before you begin training, you will need to attend an orientation session with Human Resources. During this time, we will walk through any questions you might have regarding New Hire paperwork, review our policies and procedures, and discuss additional benefits, such as Paid Time Off and our 401K program.

All employees are required to attend orientation before their first day of training, so please email Brittany Hyland (at bhyland@healthfirstcares.com) when you have completed the paperwork below.

Employee Insurance Options

All full time employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for health, life, dental and disability insurance.

  • Plans go into effect on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • If you do not enroll during this initial enrollment period, then the employee will be eligible again during open enrollment in August, with a start date of September 1st.
