HealthFirst offers the following benefits to eligible employees.
Insurance: All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in health, life, dental and short-term disability insurance. Click on the links to the left to view our available insurance options!
Note: If you wish to decline any or all insurance options, please complete the Election to Decline Insurance form and bring it with you to orientation.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees will earn 10 hours of PTO each month.
401K: All employees (full-time or part-time) are eligible to enroll in our 401K Plan after working with us for one year, as long as you are 21 years old. We’ll talk more about this in our orientation!
HealthFirst No Out-of-Pocket Plan: HealthFirst currently offers our employees no out-of-pocket medical visits any of our four locations, and some members of your immediate family may receive this benefit, too! We’ll review the details during orientation.
ECPI Tuition Discount: In partnership with ECPI, HealthFirst employees and their immediate family members receive a 15% discount on tuition costs, as well as waived application and registration fees. More details will be provided during orientation.
