HealthFirst offers the following benefits to eligible employees.
Insurance: All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in health, life, dental and short-term disability insurance. Click on the links to the left to view our available insurance options!
Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees will earn 10 hours of PTO each month.
401K: All employees (full-time or part-time) are eligible to enroll in our 401K Plan after working with us for one year, as long as you are 21 years old. We’ll talk more about this in our orientation!
HealthFirst No Out-of-Pocket Plan: Full-time and part-time employees may visit any of our four locations for a medical visit at no out-of-pocket cost to you, and some members of your immediate family may receive this benefit, too! We’ll review the details during orientation
