HealthFirst offers the following benefits to eligible employees.

Insurance: All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in health, life, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance. After completing orientation, registration information will be sent to your HealthFirst email address. Once you set up an account with Employee Navigator, you will be able to view and enroll in all of our insurance options!

Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees will earn 10 hours of PTO each month.

401K: All employees (full-time or part-time) are eligible to enroll in our 401K Plan after working with us for one year, as long as you are 21 years old. We’ll talk more about this in our orientation!

HealthFirst No Out-of-Pocket Plan: HealthFirst currently offers our employees no out-of-pocket medical visits any of our four locations, and some members of your immediate family may receive this benefit, too! We’ll review the details during orientation.

ECPI Tuition Discount: In partnership with ECPI, HealthFirst employees and their immediate family members receive a 15% discount on tuition costs, as well as waived application and registration fees. More details will be provided during orientation.
