Reduce the risk of sports injuries

This is the time of year when we see an uptick in sports injuries in both kids and adults. Remember to stretch and warm-up prior to activities, which will help reduce the risk of pulled muscles. It’s also hot and humid in the Lowcountry, which means heavy sweating. So drink plenty of fluids before, during and after activities.
